These actions for the good of all include new face-to-face customer service protocols in dealerships, the opening of a new WhatsApp channel that allows you to carry out a multitude of procedures without having to travel (including the new video-call service by appointment).

From now on, you will have a much more direct line of communication with all official dealers, especially through WhatsApp, which will allow you to carry out many more procedures without having to travel.
All the dealers have launched this new contact channel so that you can make all kinds of sales and after-sales inquiries, budgets, appraisals of your used motorcycle, and even book an appointment for your Test Ride when the situation so requires. Visits to dealerships are encouraged by prior appointment to maintain social distancing.


For us it is a maxim to receive you as you deserve: with safety and responsibility towards your health and that of our teams.
When you enter our facilities you will have sanitizers for proper hand hygiene and our team will receive you with a mask and will also have other security measures such as gloves, face shields and even partitions in some cases.
In addition to promoting the necessary social distance and complying with all the regulations, we will not divert attention from motorcycles and we sanitize them before you get on, whether it is test motorcycle, or whether it is your own motorcycle when you pick it up from the workshop. We’re also offering at-home test rides and deliveries of your motorcycles keeping your safety in mind.
We must all return to the road in a responsible way and in the Triumph Official Dealer Network we have prepared ourselves thoroughly to serve you with maximum safety.
