Situated in Jaipur, Triumph Motorcycles’ newest office in India brings together the majority of the company’s India-based design operations alongside its strategic sourcing function. Designed as a bright, modern and inspiring workspace, the office combines open collaboration with dedicated areas for focus, creativity and connection.

Situated in Gurugram, Triumph Motorcycles’ corporate office reflects the brand’s passion for riding, performance and premium design. The workspace is shaped by distinctive Triumph motorcycles, apparel displays, branded interiors and performance accolades, creating an environment that is both inspiring and unmistakably connected to the brand’s heritage.

Situated in HITEC City, Hyderabad, Triumph Motorcycles’ Corporate Office represents the brand’s focus on technology-driven innovation and world-class engineering. The office supports global Triumph operations through an IT organisation that functions as Centres of Excellence across ERP, Artificial Intelligence, Product Lifecycle Management and IT Asset Management.

It is also home to an Electrical Design function with a dedicated laboratory for the design and testing of motorcycle electrical components. By combining digital expertise with engineering capability, the Hyderabad office plays a vital role in advancing collaboration, innovation and technical excellence across the business.

Triumph’s CKD assembly facility is located in the Manesar Industrial Township, Gurugram. The facility is dedicated to assembling high-quality, higher-capacity motorcycles equipped with multi-cylinder engines. Spread across a 1,000 sq. m. shopfloor, it has the capacity to assemble up to 10 motorcycles in a single shift, covering both engine and chassis assembly through a progressive assembly process.

The facility reflects Triumph’s commitment to lean manufacturing principles and industry best practices. Every stage of production is designed to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Each fully assembled Triumph motorcycle undergoes rigorous quality checks to verify performance, safety, and aesthetics. As part of the mandatory testing process, every motorcycle is roll-tested on dynamometers to validate key requirements such as power delivery and ABS braking performance.
